1. Since GlamPets.Inc have decided to do mobile grooming, why is it that you do not conduct the grooming sessions in a van?

Ans: Our company started off with the idea of a mobile grooming van. However, we realise that when you groom the pet in a van, the pet is still in fact in a foreign place. And this defeats the whole purpose of mobile grooming which is to let the pet feel safe and secure at home.

 

 

2. Does GlamPets provide house calls only for certain areas in Singapore?

Ans: GlamPets.Inc provide islandwide mobile grooming. Which means we will visit your house for the grooming session.

 

 

3. Do you only do house calls? What if my pet is easily distracted at home?

Ans: GlamPets.Inc provide both house calls and home based grooming upon request. We are located at the East and West of the island, so you can choose the location that is more convenient for you.

 

 

4. Does your company ONLY provide grooming for dogs?

Ans: We understand that that very few groomers provide feline grooming. However, our professional groomers are certified for Feline (Cat) and rabbit grooming. We provide cat grooming that does not require General Anasthetic which is potentially harmful for the pet in the long run.

 


5. What do we need to prepare before your groomers visit my place?

Ans: We are well equipped for every appointment and all you need to provide is water and a power socket.




 

6. Does GlamPets.Inc employ heated drying cages in its grooming facilities?

Ans: We hand dry your pets hence there is no worry that your pets will be affected by the loud noise or be locked up in cages.

 

 

7. Will my pet be afraid or intimidated by the groomer?

Ans: Our groomers are animal lovers and fanatics themselves. They are also trained to communicate and control the pets. So be assured that your pets will enjoy our groomers' company!

 

 

8: How often should my pet be groomed?

Ans: We recommend that your pet, especially dogs have a basic groom weekly and a full groom monthly in order to ensure that they are at the best condition at all times. 9. How long does the grooming process takes?

Ans: It will depend on the breed, but usually it will not take longer than 2hrs 30 mins; the smaller your pet, the faster it will take. GlamPets.Inc ensure speed and efficiency so as to not strain your pet's patience.

 

 

10. What if my pet has parasites?

Ans: We provide Deticking and removal of fleas upon request.

 

 

11. Will parasites or skin problems from other pets be passed to my pet?

Ans: For both cases of parasites or any form of skin problems, we will thoroughly disinfect the equipment used on any pets affected with these problems. GlamPets.Inc is very stringent on hygiene to ensure the trust of our customers and the best for their beloved pets.
